What Does Our Waterproofing Membrane Warranty Cover?
Our warranty gives you peace of mind by covering problems caused by defects in the waterproofing membrane itself. If the membrane fails during the warranty period because of a product issue, Philadelphia Roof Management (PRM) will repair or replace the affected area.
What Isn't Covered?
We believe in being transparent about what's covered and what's not. While our warranty protects against defects in the waterproofing membrane, some issues are outside the membrane's control, including:
Damage from severe storms, natural disasters, or other extreme weather events.
Vandalism, accidents, or everyday wear and tear.
Improper use or failure to properly care for the surface.
Building movement, settling, or other structural issues.
Standing water caused by drainage or slope issues.
Repairs, alterations, or modifications made without PRM approval.
Problems related to products or materials not supplied or approved by PRM.
Simply put: If the waterproofing membrane is the problem, we'll be there to help. If the issue is caused by weather, the building itself, or changes made after installation, it may not be covered under the warranty.
We thoroughly inspect all warranty related requests through virtual assessment, customer correspondence, and on-site visual inspections.
